National Assessment Deployment & Institutional Readiness Framework

Domain: Educational Administration, Testing & Assessment, Regional Compliance

Development Tools: Microsoft Excel (Advanced Power Pivot Data Model, Logic Automation Engines, Relational Lookups)

Executive Summary

During high-stakes testing cycles like the EmSAT, education analysts must handle two major variables: tracking student learning outcomes across distinct academic curricula and monitoring ground-level school compliance risks.

This project establishes a comprehensive data tracking framework that merges these two operational layers. By creating a 200-row student testing engine and an institutional readiness scorecard across 10 school networks, this framework replicates an authentic Ministry workflow.

The finalized interactive Executive KPI Dashboard features automated data tiering, customized conditional formatting alert layers, a backend data model connection, and an elegant row-collapsed user interface. This provides senior leadership with a clear visual diagnostic tool to monitor testing readiness and academic performance in unison.

Core Data Architectures & Schema Design

The system was split across two core operational sheets, both formally converted into dynamic Excel Tables to ensure immediate data scaling and dynamic downstream query updates.
